The bathroom sink was block whenever I use for face or hand wash sink was block with water .so I have to use shower head and showers head also didn’t work water supply was slow in shower head. In kitchen main burner didn’t working .they told me they have iron but they didn’t have. I also requested for extra blankets but I didn’t receive any .it was cold and they don’t have heating system.

Location and size of the aparmnent.

Old dishes, dirty and unusable sofa, two trash cans, one under the bedroom window, the other one under the balcony. The sink barely drains. The apartment requires renovation.
