Landing Tampa Westshore

The property was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. The Instructions provided to access the property were clear. It was stocked with what we needed and my family had an overall pleasant stay. We would stay here again.

Great place but not the best for an in and out business trip, mostly because dealing with the parking is a pain. The last thing I need when I come in late from the airport is driving around trying to find a place to park, all the fire lanes were even full.

They do not inform you that there is not enough parking . We parked in an unmarked spot , not blocking anything , and We were towed , $350 and an Uber ride . Manager still has not returned my calls . We were there a month ago . When he did respond the first time I called he told me there was a shuttle that drives around the parking lot if you have to park Far away and there are Plenty of spaces . He was definitely confused there was no shuttle and no parking . Had just had knee surgery and was forced to walk a significant distance . Tow truck company told me that no one called to have. It towed . They have an agreement with the condo company to Drive through and tow who they want to . The sofa was so dirty you could not sit on it . The entire sofa had a huge stain on it , they were old and worn . No WiFi So I was forced to leave to work . They told me it was “weather related” and all WiFi was down in the area . My coworkers had WiFi . Not sure what weather they were referring to . Refused to give any sort of Refund until I informed them I was contacting my Credit card company . They grudgingly Refunded cleaning fee . Stay away , unless you don’t need to park on the property and don’t mind staying in filth .

The Pointe Condos has a gated entrance, feels very safe. the buildings are clean, keyless entry, spacious entry,and wide hallways with elevator. There is a parking lot that can get filled up and you might have to walk a ways to your building with your luggage, packages, bags or groceries. Beautiful condo, clean. With that being said we were on the 2nd floor and had a difficult time with a lot of noise from above. The noise would be mostly walking back and forth loudly and at all hours of day... early, late, middle of night. Makes a light sleeper very frustrated and tired the next day.

The pictures made me book but upon arriving, I had to wait 45 minutes to getting in because the number of the manager that was left for me to call was not answering. It rolled over to the operator and she had to walk me through and reassigning the call box for me to get in the lock box did not work the code for the door didn't work when i got to the apartment and they had a bad ant problem It problem, I mean bad.

We had a 2 bed/2 bath condo, was clean and comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Needless to say, overall we enjoyed our stay and will consider reserving our next visit here in the near future. Thank you!

We anticipated an enjoyable stay. Condo was nice and clean…but accessing the building finding the center to get keys etc was a bit of a problem….we could have used a map of the grounds and we would have known we entered at the wrong gate. The person we called was difficult to communicate with in terms of understanding getting in the building and finding our way to the club house. Don’t listen well and had loud music playing in the background which we asked to have turned off so we could communicate. Location inconvient.
