Breakfast was great.

Awful experience, looks amazing on pictures but the experience destroyed it. There was no air conditioner in the room and it was hot at night, I asked the front desk for a fan or something to stay cool, they told me to open the balcony door, I asked to speak with the manager which said they will get us a fan at least for the second night, NOTHING, even a fan they didn't bring. That's not how a hotel suppose to act for his customers.
