Casa das 10 Janelas at Monsanto

Monsanto is an amazing schist village, not to be missed. DON'T STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! Upon arrival we encountered a discusting situation. The beds were filthy. Hair, bugs and worst of all crusty yellow bodily fluids! Absolutely revolting. I couldn't sleep there so i sat on the couch until morning. I contacted BnBird via many email messages to report the situation and request a refund. In return i receive placating replies that are very friendly but indicate that noone is really reading my emails. 27 days and many emails later i have yet to receive an adequate response from these people who clearly only want your money - regardless of whether the service you paid for, in this case a clean safe place to sleep - has been provided.

A maçaneta da porta de entrada é muito leve e com qualquer trepidação bate. Sugiro que se cole ou que se coloque alguma fita amortecedora :-D

A localização é ótica. A decoração muito boa, e é confortável.

Beautiful home

Very cozy house. Well equipped kitchen, would only recommend a fridge and freezer cleaning. Though you can not park exactly in the street (you can do it just around the corner), you can load and unload right at the front door.

Not a problem to most people but there are very high steps to move from bottom to middle and high floor.
