Tuve q pedir otra habitación .pues no era la de la foto .y cuando les dije q en Cordial había hecho la reserva .solo me dijo la persona ahhh expedía .me cambiaron a otra pero me cobraron $$ el cambio. quera la de la foto pero más $$

"Administración con falta de sentido común"

Reservé una habitación con cocina y refri por hoteles.com y antes del chek in me llamaron del hotel para decirme que la habitación no tenía ni cocina ni refri. Me dieron "gratis" una habitación con cocina y refri. El extractor de humedad del baño sonaba como un elicóptero, el wifi no entraba en la habitación y el viernes 9 de mayo habían trabajadores haciendo ruido intenso toda la noche, fue una tortura tener un sueño reparador.

Exceptional Service and Friendly Staff! The rooms were clean and comfortable, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff.
