"Comfortable, budget-friendly stay close to magnificent castle"

This is a great budget option for travellers visiting the Ore Mountains. A spacious room with piping hot showers and comfortable beds. Adjacent to the magnificent Purschenstein Castle where people pay quite a bit more for rooms. You can enjoy a delicious and expansive breakfast in the castle dining hall and, if you book ahead, have dinner in the romantic medieval-style restaurant on the ground floor. Well situated to drive to Seiffen, Annaberg, and other villages in the region.

Arriving on a dark and rainy night, it was a bit hard to find the entrance and the lift to the rooms.

"Did not stay as they canceled our reservation!"

Nothing

They sent me an email a day before we were scheduled to arrive and canceled our reservation! Did not offer to help with additional accommodations and I was stuck spending 3 hours searching for a place to stay in the Ore Mountains of Germany, on a weekend during the Christmas markets! The closest we could get near to where we wanted to be? An hour away!
