Perfect location. Modern decor. Free Parking available. Bath with a shower. Loads of utensils. Handy having a washer and dryer.

There was a burn on the carpet in the bedroom. Wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. Certain areas dusty and hairs and grime in the bath. If I owned them I would look to changing the carpets for hardwood floor. It’s noisy when others come and go via the front door.

Comfortable warm well equipped kitchen t towel cloths washing up liquid and dish washer tablets coffee tea sugar provided which is a great touch

No mirrors in the bedrooms which are needed as drying hair and applying make up need mirrors a full length mirror would be a fantastic addition on the wall leading out from the larger bedroom

Spacious bright and airy, lots of room for the kids to play. Well equipped kitchen - tea and coffee facilities a welcome bonus.

Slight disrepair - holes in walls, flooring etc. - needs some tlc

The property was modern, comfortable and central to Morcombe.

Only one bathroom/ toilet but we knew that when booking.

Great location. Beautiful apartment. Onsite parking. Amazing views.

Sofas could do with firming up.
