The location is central to all the attractions so that's a plus, Interior was good. clean, everything you needed, washer and dryer was excellent, Just the wi-fi didn't work but was compensated for that

A few things needed doing like bath panel needed putting on properly as it kept falling off

Brilliant location and a good layout inside with bedrooms away from the living area. Plenty of towels, crockery and cutlery

It would have been nice to have a bin in the bathroom and the bedrooms rather than just one bin in the kitchen which doesn't have a lid. There are no recycling facilities. Unfortunately the WiFi wasn't working so we didn't have access to the streaming service in the TV, however this is being compensated which I am pleased with

The windows need replacing and the wind just goes right through the windows during the night . Apart from that great .

Easy of check-in, location & overall standard was very good. Kitchen and bathroom facilities very good.

The sofa bed hadn’t been changed or sheets washed since previous occupants. The WiFi wasn’t available. Some of the standard of the facilities could be brought up to date more.

Nothing special about it,it was nice that there’s hand wash and washing liquids etc in the flat, we had a problem with the cistern not flushing and the plumber was there within the hour to fix it

Theres a constant smell of rotten egg coming from the drains in the property and the hallway smells of damp,the flat was clean enough but hadn’t had a deep clean,when you lifted the sugar and tea canisters they were sticking to the work surface, I would say that the flat had a quick run round clean and not a deep clean,definitely not worth the £100 that’s charged, I’ve used dysa banks before and wasn’t charged for cleaning,it should be included in the price of the accommodation,for that reason alone I won’t be returning I booked a flat at £400, then discovered it’s actually £500, and then I have to pay another £100 before I can enter the property,even though the security deposit is returned,it’s not clear on the ad that the cleaning fee and the security fee aren’t the same thing, also think it’s designed like that deliberately so that it looks like one of the best value bit it’s ,I also didn’t like the fact that there’s no mattress protectors on the bed, they should be there for hygiene reasons,I also found the two flat well used pillows the one pillowcase an indication that they knew they needed knew pillows but didn’t bother to replace them, the oven was filthy ,I wouldn’t use it, someone had used the tumble dryer to dry wet trainers, once I cleaned the dryer and washed the filters it was fine, I wasn’t using the dryer but had to clean it,you’re also saying the flat has WiFi,it doesn’t, it didn’t have it last time either, wouldn’t recommend this company,

Great communication with owner. Answered straight away and was helpful. Great shower/bathroom.

Top floor apartment. Difficult carrying cases up and down. No lift.
