Beautiful view toward the Pirin Mountains. 15min drive to the Bansko gondola lift. Nice fireplace in the living room, which provided cosy atmosphere for winter evenings. Floor heating. Good internet connection, large smart TV.

The road to the chalet is a bit bumpy (unpaved road). No ski room. Limited kitchen tools (particularly when with family, and wishing to cook for Christmas).

Its a beautiful villa in a beautiful area. Photos true to reality. Excellent for a family of 6. The sauna at the entrance was great!!

The villa was infested with flies. There were all over the place the second we entered the palce. It was a real naggg. Even the screens at the windows couldnt keep them out. Not enough dishes. The kids had to take turns with there cereals and cold drinks. The showers have no glass doors so by the time you are done the bathroom floor turns into a pool. It would have been nice to have a decent pillow for the grownups.

The house is very nice. There is a yard for kids and dogs, shared with the house next door, so 2-3 families can share the whole premise very comfortably.
