This place is perfectly located - so close to everything but quiet enough that you can get a good nights sleep as its not right asjecent to 5th Ave. The walk to 5th takes 5 minutes and you are at the center. The beach is 10 minutes away. The rooms are very clean and large - really great place and will visit again. And the manager Massimo is a gem.

Excelente ubicación... Cerca de todo.. Amplio y cómodo... Super limpio...

El departamento es súper amplio, cómodo, está muy bien equipado (Massimo incluso nos agregó una pava eléctrica para el mate), la limpieza es excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de todo, la zona muy segura. Y Massimo siempre está atento a lo que puedas necesitar. Nos encantó todo! Sin duda volveremos!! Gracias Massimo!! :)

Nos sorprendió gratamente, lo bien ordenado que era, lo limpio que todo estaba, la ubicación, la excelente predisposición de ayudar de don massimo. A pesar de que hubo un corte general de luz en la calle, nos ayudó para tener consumos básicos, (luz y agua). Resolvió.

Que no tiene estacionamiento, sin embargo nos ayudó el dueño, a estacionar nuestro vehículo gracias a una pillería. Los estacionamiento cobraban 10 pesos la hora y era durante 12 hrs del dia. (Calle).

Everything! The place exceeded our expectations. The apartment is well maintained and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Clean and spacious. Communication with the host was also very good and easy, Massimo was amazing. There’s a Walmart and an Oxxo nearby and restaurants close to the property. The 5th is 10 min away from the apartment. We will definitely come back!

The apartment is simply great/excellent! It is very spacious and bright, and it completely matches the photos. It was incredibly comfortable; everything was clean, neat, and convenient. We were very happy with our choice and definitely recommend this place to everyone!
