El alojamiento muy bonito y decorado con mucho gusto

El servicio de comedor es muy malo, desordenado, los camareros no saben servir un vino, tardan mucho y la comida regular. No está a la altura de un hotel de la categoría que se supone que es por lo tanto la cena fue un desatre, sin luz en la terraza, el vino caro y caliente y tardaron más de 1 hora en traernos el primer plato. Pagamos 100€ para nada Justo.

The hotel and facilities were very nice. But it is far from a 5* hotel.

We were quite disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, there were no towels in our room, and we had to request them. The pool area was pleasant but far too small for the number of guests. Tables were in poor condition, and several umbrellas were broken, one even fell and hit a guest on the head. Service and food quality were consistently low. At dinner, I ordered a glass of white wine and wanted another, but they had run out. They offered a warm bottle instead and suggested I add ice. Breakfast was extremely limited and of low quality. On the first morning, we were offered eggs with vegetables, but on the second morning this was no longer an option. The only eggs available were cold scrambled eggs and poorly fried ones. Croissants and pastries were clearly from the previous day. Staff presence was almost non-existent. We often had to call reception to get help, and most of the time, staff seemed unaware of the hotel’s services. On our last day, we went to the pool, but the bar and bathrooms were closed until 12:15 pm. Parents with children had to wait 40 minutes for someone to unlock them. The atmosphere was further spoiled by the same short playlist repeating all day. Food choices were limited, and even then, some items were unavailable. Overall, the lack of organisation, poor service, and low-quality food and facilities made the stay disappointing. We would not recommend it.

Die Lage mitten in den Hügeln ist außergewöhnlich; toller Pool mit wunderschönem Rundumblick; sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Anlage.

Die Stühle auf der Terrasse des Restaurants sind sehr fleckig.

En general todo estuvo a nuestro gusto, la arquitectura del edificio, el interiorismo, la ubicación...la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores fue estupenda. La habitación es amplia y cómoda, con todo tipo de detalles, los amenities muy acertados y la limpieza muy visible, cama amplia y cómoda.

Nos encantó todo pero vimos un poco de desorganización y retrasos en la atención..Tardaron en atendernos con la carta, con la bebida y en tomarnos nota...pedimos pan y comimos prácticamente sin el, aguantamos un poco para poder comer queso con el. Tabla de quesos (1/2 ración) con unas cuñas de queso que eran ridículas, pedimos una ensalada que le.faltaba unos de los ingredientes principales, y no nos avisaron,no tiene mucha importancia si los precios fueran más acordes, pero al ser precios elevados se exige un poco más de aciertos y de comunicación.

Ya es la tercera vez que vamos. Siempre pasamos una noche allí de camino al sur. Es un sitio maravilloso, en el medio del monte. Con unas instalaciones preciosas , atención estupenda y comida riquísima. Las habitaciones super cómodas. Nos encanta.
