"A week in Madrid"

The hotel was in a great location. Bus stops, a metro station and grocery store were a very short walk from the hotel. We were thrilled they had a free laundry room. The staff was very helpful. Also we had a view of the palace.

The small refrigerator/mini bar was full so we could not put our own Items in it.

"Relaxing stay, laundry situation less than ideal."

Amazing view of the palace, 24/7 reception, really good breakfast, laundry machines (washer and dryer).

Have to download an app to do Laundry and half the machines don’t work.
