Silver Street Motel by OYO

This is a hotel you book on the way to somewhere, not as a destination. Having said that, the staff really do care that you enjoy your stay, any stars given in review are earned by them.

It isn’t really fair to say what I didn’t like as it’s an old hotel and I knew all the issues before I arrived.

Nothing this does not apply. My favorite part was leaving.

This was the least secure facility I have ever stayed at. The doors were not staying locked. The person greeting me, followed us to our--double secure door (clearly- not real secure). Everything

Clean nice place great staff Tod was a great help with whatever we needed made the saty pleasant and worry free...thank you for all your assistance we need more people like Tod so friendly and helpful made sure we had everything we needed and was always available to help..Thank you Tod and his wife was also very friendly and caring.

The manager was in Connecticut I believe he said ... I was so tired I almost passed out getting there to just to find a different hotel

Worst place i have ever stayed, So dirty dozens of code violations which will get reported, I have several pictures.The owner is to say the least pathetic to run a business as such

My double room was not ready when i arrived at 9:30pm. Manager gave me a single room that was ready with no credit. Bath window wouldn't close, sink was clogged, and no hangers on the coat rack. Towels, sheets, and pillows were clean as was the bath and remote did work on tv.

There is no staff on site. You have to call someone and wait about 20 minutes for that person to get there. Room had no towels,kleenex, and hardly any toilet paper. The heat didn't seem to work as we had to sleep with our clothes on. Also manager asks for a $20 cash deposit after running your cedit card which is weird. I guessyou get what you pay for.
