We called when we were in that shady area wanted to check in and sleep there was not response whereas the phone was ringing

People working there are great. They are kind, helpful, and always at attention. TV includes streaming. Fridge kettle and microwave work.

Rooms do not look as shown. Curtains to short to keep private inside. One bathroom and have to walk through reception to get to. Cockroaches. No cupboards.

I booked 18 on Sherlock but when we go to the address we were told we going to a different location which was we will be spending the rest of the night in. Nothing was communicated prior, we ended up asked to make payment via instant money ofwhich those charges were deducted from my account. In the morning we had to figure our way to leave the accommodation which was not the value for money, mind you we were in a different province for the 1st time and I felt very unsafe with my sister.
