Cozy villa, magnificent mountain view, comfortable rooms, all you might need as facilities. :)

Unfortunately there's no AC in the summer, so it is very hot inside :(

"Luxurious stay with incredible views!"

Uniquely designed, spacious, clean and comfortable beds and space - absolute lux! The view of the mountains is breathtaking , esp at night when the moon lights their smooth outline against the horizon - you get a perfect view of it from the living room ..just gorgeous. Watching sunrise from the villa is also incredible. This place is built by western standards - it’ll make you wish it was your own home! Sauna is a big bonus!

The construction around but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the villa - looking fwd to going back when everything is complete.

Great villa with amazing view.Perfect place to relax.

The only thing they need is a net for flies on the doors .We had a lot of flies coming true the doors despite the curtains.

New and well located villa. Nice patio and spaceous livingroom/kitchen.

No AC in the summer. It gets hot in the rooms and there are no screens on the windows to protect against insects.

"Amazing place! Can't wait to visit again, next time during the winter."

Very well designed and built, all the equipment is top notch, beds and pillows are comfortable, bathrooms are super nice too. Everything is as clean as possible 10/10. BBQ in the backyard with a nice view to Pirin. Minimarket couple of minutes away by car. Host is very friendly and responsive.

Being a predominantly winter destination, there's no AC, so it gets above 26 degrees inside during the hot summer days. There also isn't any door and window screens, so when you leave them open to get some fresh air the house gets full of flies and other insects.
