La Piazza Menaggio

Great location with amazing views. Plenty of room for us w our 2 adult children. Close to water, restaurants and shopping. Elevator to get luggage up w no issues. Loved everything about it. Ice in the freezer!!! (It's the little things)

Italy doesn't do wash clothes, curious. But really that is not an issue!!!

Perfect location, spacious and clean apartment. Secured parking.

The area in front of the elevator was very dark.

We received a gift box on arrival. The location was excellent and the apartment had plenty of space as well as a nearby carpark.

We really liked that the place was located i the center of everything. Walking distance to ferry( travel to Varenna❤️, Belaggio❤️, Lenno❤️ etc), bus, restaurants, bars, lakeview in almost 180°. There was also a nice bakery just downstairs from the main frontdoor with the finest cakes and sweets(bread was bought every day from a bakery further up the streets, Il Fornia i think the name was)👌. The Foods was great, the local people where smiling (of course if you gave a smile yourself) and the HPS Management (the Company which facilitates the whole rental agreement) where polite, trustworthy and i will give them 10/10 according to the service they provided. We will come back to Menaggio for sure and could rent the same appartment if they will rent it out again to us as well😊

Great location and well appointed. Fabulous pattiserie in immediate proximity. Easy access to ferry service.

Difficult to get in apartment door - seemed the keys provided were not quite the exact cut for the lock. Required patience and fiddling to find the right spot so door unlocked.

The location is unbeatable, what more can you ask for! Once you get out of your building, you are at the centre of everything . Parking garage is a plus point for travellers with car, though might be a little tight space. They have sky TV.

The hassle to collect key at the offices, especially if you are driving as parking lots are really hard to find. I overcome this by parking at a "temporary " location below the accommodation which was inform to me prior to my trip. Then rush down to the office to collect the key to the apartment and garage, which I roughly 200m away from the accommodation. Not a big issue but you gotta plan well how and where you gonna stop your car to collect the keys. Hope this information is helpful to future travellers. The keys are hard to open the door, required multiple attempts to "feel" it is engaged with the lock in order to be able to turn it. Took me 2 to 3 mins each time to try to open the door. Not a big deal as it will eventually open anyway, just depends on how much patient you have. Prepare your own bathing foam and shampoo as they provide 2 in 1 in a small packet, my wife has long hair and she took my portion, aha!

The location was fantastic for our family to get to the ferry within minutes and have plenty of food options downstairs in the piazza.
