"Fabulous period property, with with amazing hosts."

Absolutely wonderful stay, we felt completely spoiled by all the little extras. Breakfast was served beautifully. Our room was lovely and warm. Michael and Luka were friendly and welcoming. Quiet location, but within walking distance of the High Street. Highly recommended.

The house is magnificent and we enjoyed learning about its history. A beautiful staircase and the garden was lovely. We spent a peaceful afternoon enjoying the sunshine and the flowers. Breakfast was delicious, better than excellent and Michael and Luca gave us recommendations for our evening meal. They were extremely helpful and attentive. Thank you.

Holbeach itself was disappointing in that there is not much to see but this was not a problem as we were only passing through!

Everything. Beautiful period building that is obviously well cared for. Bedrooms and bathrooms lovely, clean, warm and comfortable beds. Staff were amazing - so accommodating and welcoming and helped with our luggage. Breakfasts were amazing and made with great quality food. Absolutely delicious.

The only thing that could be improved was the shower pressure in one of the bathrooms.
