Lots of small mantinance required, buffet spreads should be more organised n there should be cleanliness around the dining area

1. Being hospitality professionals, we feel that the decor and the experience isn’t worth the price charged 2. In booking.com, it is mentioned that this hotel is 250m from the centre which is misleading and false because we are actually 30 mins away from Main Kasauli (on car) which is not a straightforward road. 3, The approach road is not only long, it is bad because of which we get a feeling that we are “locked in” inside with no options to venture out without a taxi service which is also paid for.. which means both the property and the taxi service is making money at the expense of the guest 4. The way the property is run is a decent concept but can’t get rid of the feeling that somehow the urban community is being fooled by rural artefacts that aren’t really that expensive
