De innfridde mitt ønske om rom. Det satte jeg veldig stor pris på

Veldig god frokost, rent rom og god seng.

Det luktet litt rart på badet og vannet i dusjen var veldig kaldt så jeg frøs når jeg dusjet

Fantastic central location in the Heart of Oslo. Modern, clean & comfortable

The noise. I had a room at the front of the hotel that faced the road & Park. Unfortunately on the Saturday night there was a party going in in the park with a DJ/music. Initially I didn't mind as thought this would end by midnight or 1am. Unfortunately I was worken but loud music at 2.40am and there was no way I was going to be able to get back to sleep. I complained at reception and was given an alternative room without question.

Breakfast is always good

It was so noisy. I didn’t sleep at all. We were travelling for business sp this was not ideal when we had meetings the next day. We could hear people outside until 5am!

Great hotel in a good central location. Good breakfast, friendly staff, good rooms. Was there when Norway were playing in the World Cup and I didn't hear the street parties in the middle of the night at all.

Nothing

Direkt vor dem Hotel wurde ein Public Viewing bis 0300 morgens veranstaltet. Dies hat das Schlafen ziemlich stark beeinträchtigt.

La posizione centrale

Bagno con macchie di umido sulle piastrelle e sulla tenda. Le pulizie fatte solo se si espone il cartellino e, nonostante lo avessimo esposto, hanno "dimenticato" di pulire la camera e di sostituire gli asciugamani. In una delle due camere doppie, hanno messo solo un asciugamano "dimenticando l'altro ospite. Non c'è il frigobar e neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua di cortesia; se si ha sete, si deve andare al ricevimento ed il costo di una bottiglietta è davvero esagerato. In camera non c'è la cassaforte. Colazione sempre uguale per cinque giorni, con gli stessi alimenti.
