"It was a very bad experience in my life"

Very bad room, dirty blanket, payment as per app is Rs 485/-, but when i reached on counter received Rs 1900/-. No breakfast was provided. In washroom very cold water..

Cleanliness was fine

Behaviour need to be refine. They were not much familiar with the app. Their method of dealing at end was deceptive. I hope in future they will deal in true way.

Hello, I'm Siraj ud din I visited last few Days ego at Faizan Hotel Bund road Lahore. Amazing top , everything neat and clean, food was very tasty all staff is going good and great manners, Specialy The guy at receptionist MR HUSSNAIN was very good, talented and handsome boy he take Care of us specialy. I appreciate for MR HUSSNAIN keep going work and stay bless boy!
