The location is around the corner from the coolest bar in Harare, indeed anywhere, and down the street from the best nightclub - at the base of the Jamison hotel. And good food is attached to the hotel. Walk to CBD. Perfect location.

The floor could use a more aggressive mopping.

They need a fridge in the rooms. Sound proof windows will help with the noise from the streets otherwise it's a good hotel in a good location.

N1 is a decent place with a good location for doing errands around the city and/or if you are planning on leaving town.

The floor is 103 is a bit sticky and found it funny that one has to pay for washcloth
