I loved the receptionist Shaderick. Very professional, friendly and helpful. He is always happy to assist. I’ve stayed at both the N1 hotels in Harare and I feel the rotten row branch has way more excellent service and treat guest very welcoming. I love how they answer all our questions eagerly.

The location is great in the sense that we are at the heart of the city with almost everything within walking distance. However, it’s hard for someone coming with heavy laguage to enter the hotel without going through some hustle. There is no parking for the taxi driver dropping us off to enter. I recommend a security should always be at the gate to welcome guest. Most of the time when we requested a bolt or inDrive we had to walk away from the hotel to get into our ride that was a bit inconveniencing.

The location is safe

It’s right next to the road so one could hardly sleep! Bed is old and broken, no breakfast included for the price

It was clean and the staff was excellent

Noise from traffic ,it was too loud
