Chalet Park by Maier Mäder

It's a nice concept, having a small compact chalet for short stay. Houses are designed nicely and efficiently.

Our unit (204) was showing bad maintenance. Two ceiling boards were half dismounted, a lot of dust on the ventilation covers, spider webs, usage marks on walls, each piece of cutlery was from different set, scratched frying pan, water boiler and coffee machine full of limestone, dishwasher seems to be not functioning properly...

Trudny, niedziałający proces self checkin. Dostanie sie do mieszkania zajęło ok 45min i wymagało kontaktu z infolinią

Die rückwärtige Türe beim Schlafzimmer konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden, Schloss war defekt. Chalet konnte also "nach hinten" nicht abgeschlossen werden. Küchenausstattung war mangelhaft (fehlendes Besteck, Gläser, etc.) Check-In mit Reservationsnummer hat nicht funktioniert. Es musste telefonisch ausgeholfen werden. Hat dann aber alles geklappt WC-Lüftung hat gestunken.

Vi kom ganska sent på kvällen så det var mörkt och det regnade, det gjorde inte självincheckning så trevligt. Omständig process som borde gå att göra enklare. (Vet att det gick att göra innan med telefonen också, men det var lika omständigt.) Boendet var trevligt med sköna sängar och rymliga rum (utom på övervåningen). Städningen kunde varit bättre, men överlag hade vi det bra för en natt.

Tolles Tiny House mit guter Ausstattung und mit vielen gemütlichen Betten. Gute Lage in einem kleinen Örtchen. Den Rhein und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es war toll mal ein Tiny House auszuprobieren.

Leider war es nicht sehr gründlich geputzt. Es gab viele Staubflusen unter den Möbeln und der Duschabfluss war verstopft. Sobald eine Person duschte, stand leider das gesamte Bad unter Wasser, weil es nicht abfließen konnte.

war nicht so sauber, wir waren da vor 2 Jahren und jetzt merkt man, dass man schlechter reinigt. hoffentlich wird es besser. zum solchen Preis muss schon alles passen. Man sollte auch den Abfluss in Bad reinigen, der Geruch passt nicht zum hochwertigen Chalet

We were really looking forward to staying here based on the online information, but our stay turned out to be anything but what we expected.

It started with a difficult check-in, where the on-site portal did not work and actually had to call customer service for help. We got the two farthest units from each other even though we requested units next to each other at the time of booking. We were told the reason is that all other units are already checked into. However, one of the units was empty the whole night next to one of our units. One unit's bedroom smelled of cigarettes. Dishes in one of the kitchens we dirty. There was a small patio from the bedrooms, but the door in one of the units was boarded up shut. Bathrooms smelled like rotten eggs and were super tiny. Temperatures were 28 C in the units, and the "green" cooling system was a joke. There were no windows to open, but the front door where there was no protection against mosquitoes, literally leaving no option to air the units out and cool the hot temperatures inside. It was impossible to sleep, and we could not wait to leave. Check-out was also a pain in the neck, with the portal still not working. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Do not waste your money!
