"Dirty, hot and no working smoke detectors "

Both smoke detectors had been removed. There was hair in the beds and stains on the sofa. The room had no windows and only one door to open to cool the room down. The room was very hot, especially for those who slept in the bunks.

Cooles Häuschen, moderne Ausstattung, eingezogene Decken mit Bett, gute Raumaufteilung und Beleuchtung Betten samt Decken/Pölster 👍 Eisfach bei Kühlschrank 👍 Parkplatz direkt vorm Chalet 👍

Wir waren im Chalet 301, gleich das 1. Wenig Geschirr/Gläser (nur 1 Suppenteller!! Etc) Besteck/Teller/Geschirr verdreckt. Fugen bei Dusche absolut dreckig (wird scheinbar nie geputzt) Türbeschlag defekt!!!!!!! Alles wackelt. Schaut aus, als ob da eingebrochen wurde. Türe zur Gartenterrasse wurde durch 2 verschraubte Platten ersetzt. Dadurch Terrasse praktisch nicht benützbar. Kein Lüften möglich!!! Morgens Berufsverkehr

Loved the chalet, a small delay meant I had to call the helpline to check in but that was resolved in a really efficient manner Absolutely nothing to complain about
