The room was good. We were 4 people and had enough space . We liked the hotel atmosphere and decorations. The location was very good, very near the city center. The check in procedure was working as described.

We were surprised that the main door was easy to open without using the key card. So anybody could walk in... We try to communicate using booking message because of not working wifi but without any answer :( So we had wifi only for half of our stay.

1/na izbe neboli uteráky, nebolo sa kde dovolať nápravy, odkazy na hotelovej linke boli ignorované 2/celý pobyt nefungovala WI-FI, reklamácie na hotelovej linke-ignorácia 3/objednali sme si raňajkové poukazy /Fruhtuckgutschein/ do pekárne Geier, no neboli nám dodané 4/hlavný vchod "na kartu" do hotela bol voľne prístupný celý náš pobyt hocikomu 5/všetky naše reklamácie na hotelovej linke boli ignorované 6/automat na prízemí na nákup občerstvenia bol žalostne prázdny 7/dvojposteľové izby za rovnakú cenu sú na prvom poschodí a v podkroví kvalitatívne odlišné

"Super, sauber, gut ausgestattet - leider kein Frühstücksraum. Das muss man auswärts einnehmen."

Das Frühstück in der Bäckerei Geier war sehr gut. Die Zimmerausstattung war ausreichend. Mehr Kleiderhaken wären toll gewesen. Das Bad war funktionell und für uns groß genug. Das Bett war hervorragend - auch dass man zwischen 2 Kopfpolstern wählen konnte. Man konnte sich in der Teeküche immer einen Kaffee, Tee oder gekühltes Wasser holen.

Dass man fürs Frühstück auswärts gehen muss. Bei uns hat's in der Früh manchmal geregnet und wir kamen trotz (Leih-)Schirm mit bis zum Knie nassen Hosen bei der Bäckerei an.

Super Zimmer

Haupteingang ist immer offen. Irgendwelche nocht-österreicher hab am Gang bis in die Nacht gesoffen. Keinerlei Reaktion vom Besitzer, keine Abheben, bis dato keine Zurückschreiben. Nichts. Und das bei einem 24h Check-In. Was, wenn die Box unten nicht in der Nacht? Oder wenn man sich aussperren sollte? Katastrophe!

"Dogodne miejsce na nocleg po drodze np. do Chorwacji."

Przyjemny, nowoczesny wystrój wnętrz. Czysto, przestronnie, dobra lokalizacja.

Klimatyzacja była zainstalowana w przedsionku z aneksem kuchennym za drzwiami do pokoju co niezbyt skutecznie chłodziło powietrze.
