Hotel No. 25 Gyeongju bus terminal

It was a lovely little hotel. Nice room. Good facilities in the room

The shower is just annoying. Same in all three hotels I stayed in Korea. It makes the bathroom all wet as not a separate area.

The worst and impersonal check in ever! Human less contact process. No breakfast. No information about sightseeings, restaurants, etc. No follow-up contact with the guests. The bed is not comfortable. The pillows are too high and heavy. If you like to sleep in the dark, this room is not for you! There is no blackout curtains, there are too many led lamps in the room and there is an unnecessary automatic bright white lamp that turns on as soon you stand to go to bathroom in the middle of the night. Terrible!

The location was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and everything that you need toiletries etc. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Well appointed room, good facilities e.g. small fridge, kettle, bathroom products. Easy to use self check-in but staff were around to help if needed. Very friendly staff.

All the pillows were very hard and thick. Used our own blow-up pillows.
