Staff was friendly when we arrived at the hotel

The room picture is misleading as the room i paid for pictures are for the higher standard room. The toilet have a really bad BO smell probably from the floor mat. The toilet seat is not attached to the toilet bowl. Room pillow is a really cheap material. I suggest you bring your own pillow to avoid neck pain. No ventilation in room to dry the towel. Toilet door unable to close properly
