well maintained property

good hotel with vibrant color and hygiene wise is also good.

Breakfast was good.

Noise comes into the room from the corridors, stains on the corners of the washroom floor, shower gel container found empty while going for the first use and had to request for it, had to wait for 10 minutes, then the security guard of the hotel front gate had come & refilled it. No parking inside the hotel campus. Requested for a dental kit in the night but they didn't provide and had to request in the morning again.

Staff behaviour was really bad and rude, no cleanliness. I left my watch there upon asking staff denied that was not here

The staff are extremely helpful and very polite. They go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and peaceful. The reception is also extremely active.

Nothing that i dislike

The breakfast is good, though with limited options. The staff is very helpful and cooperative.

1. Ongoing construction work inside the hotel. Too much noise in the daytime. 2. There is no cellular or Wi-Fi connection, which is extremely frustrating. 3. We've seen guests carrying unlicensed firearms on the premises, with no intervention from hotel staff. One particular minister staying with his family treated both other guests and staff terribly. 4. The rooms feel outdated, with limited lighting and a generally dark atmosphere. The furniture also appears old. 5. Complimentary toiletries, such as toothbrush and shaving kits, are not provided unless you specifically request them.
