Very friendly and polite staff. They have a restaurant/cafe that has so many choices for foods and drinks, however they bring a very nice breakfast to your room and you can enjoy your breakfast at your own balcony! Such a thoughtful and excellent service and hospitality! I ordered every single meal from the restaurant because I got injured, but I never got tired of the food since the food was always fresh and tasty! Cleaning especially in the bathroom can be improved, but I'm really glad that I stayed at this place! They have everything you need(A hair dryer is upon request). 3nights wasn't long enough! I highly recommend this hotel! Matur suksma♡ :)

トイレ、シャワー、水回りが汚い部屋でした　蚊が常に入ってきます　トイレはつまります　シャワーはお湯が出ない時があります　高さが高すぎてセルフで浴びる感じで難しい　スタッフは優しくありがたかったです　朝食が毎日無料で美味しかったです　プールがステキでした　

Le personnel est du gentillesse et d’une serviabilité exceptionnelle ! Un petit dej au top ! Une piscine plus que sympathique Seul petit bémol, des fourmis dans la salle de bain !

The toilets sink and toilet seats all filled with yellow stain, the rooms have very thick smell, cannot sleep at all.

I've found the rooms to be clean, comfortable and secure. The standard room doesn't have much of a view but has everything you need for a nice stay. The breakfast is decent and they'll make you a nice espresso based coffee too. Staff are wonderful. Always happy and welcome you with a big smile.

There is always room for improvement. Some investment in styling the room and bathroom. Maybe adding some more electrical sockets. And some lamps by the bed. No big deal considering the location and price point.
