Very good location, shops, restaurants and beach in few steps. Nice roof pool, washing machine in room

Breakfast we take only once from 3, you need to pay extra for coffee. We do not understand what is included in breakfast, they bring bread, butter egg and jam. It was enough but could be nice to understand what you can expect

Location was great! Rooms was clean, good size and nice street view.

The pool. It pool area is lovely along with the gym however when we got towels from reception no one told us that the pool wasn't working. It was slimy and yuck.

The apartment is clean

I booked an apartment with a balcony but there was no balcony. I told them, they didn't even bother and said they know, they just label their little door to the inside of the house as a balcony. Instead of a balcony that you booked with fresh air all you get is a tiny window in the whole apartment. The hotel is close to the beach, but the area is just annoying. It feels like a red light district. You can't walk 20 meters without getting talked into massages ten times, guys walk next to you and offer you young girls on their phone etc.. They just look at you as a walking ATM machine in this street and the hotel. There are so many more beautiful areas in Da Nang, so I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel in this area which is on top tricking their guests with the "balcony" and don't make you feel welcome at all. The pool was also closed during my stay.

Staff were really friendly

Construction noise during the day for the pool maintenance was notified, but then pool wasn't really usable anyway when finished due to the water quality

I'll forever remember The Dream Suite 💞 Absolutely everything about this Boutique Hotel is wonderful. The entire Team is 'top class' - beaming with wide smiles & unfailing responsive. The rooms are spotless & all towels & robes are laundered & returned with a delightful fragrance. My Khe Beach is within a 5 minute walk plus Restaurants, Mini Markets, Pharmacies & Spas are located in the very same street. I've promised I'll be back & I'm pretty good at keeping promises 🫶 Pamela Australia

Everything was extraordinary at this hotel, from the reception to the cleaning, everything was a 10. I've been a world traveler for 20 years and I've never given a hotel a 10, but this one is worth it l.

This place was a gem. The location was excellent, walking distance to the beach, quick grab to all nearby locations like Cho Con, Cho Dong Da, Sơn Trả night market near the Dragon bridge . The staff were all super nice and friendly and even helped us book our trip to Ba Na Hills the morning of. Highly recommend for families with young kids , couples or parents. Thanks so much for making our first place to stay in Vietnam so great and memorable.
