The location, property and staff were all excellent.

The approach to the property from the road is not great. We were driving a sedan so some heads up and guidance to reach the property would have been great.

This place is amazing. I couldn't believe how quiet it was, great for us but such an injustice for the hotel and staff because it is one of the most amazing places I have stayed. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The pool was a good size and a lovely place to sit and relax with a view of the dunes. Food was incredible and massive portions. Definitely recommend doing the quad bike trip, so much fun. On our last night they did songs around the firepit - we didn't go as my wife was tired and wanted to get to bed for our early start the next day but I watched from the window and feel we really missed out!

The road to access the hotel isn't much of a road so took it very easy in our rental car which wasn't 4x4. However, it was still fine and only added to the feeling of remoteness in the desert which is exactly what adds to this place being so great.

Really nice place, the staff was very friendly and the food was really good.

It was a little on the expensive side for the quality and location. We paid 400 euro for one night. It's definitely not the 9.7 that it gets in Booking.com, maybe 7. It's furnishings are simple and the place is clean, it's just not super high-end. The shower was the low point as it often turns cold or completely stops while taking a shower. It's further from the big dunes as compared to the other hotels and there is lots of garbage in and around the property.
