"Location was great"

Location is great . Balcony is nice overlooking the water.

Safe was super sensitive. Room was boiling hot when we arrived . Air con on to cool prior to arrival would have been nice. Did expect the room to be bigger . Air con over the head when sleeping didn’t feel good. Room not being serviced on our first day disappointed especially for the cost of the nightly rate.

"Superb location, great hotel for disconnecting"

The view is stunning, great location, literally on the middle of the town, easy access to taxis and there is even a michelin listed restaurant 10m away. The beach of the hotel is super clean. Zeynap, The hotel manager is very very friendly and helpful.

There is no lift if you have heavy luggage but the staff will help.

Excellent view of bay and castle. Short walk from Taxis. Spacious suite. Rustic yet artsy charm of the room. Zeynap (receptionist) was very very friendly and helpful.

No credit card reader. Payment only able through payment link (which did not work). Hotel staff ended up having to call the manager of the restaurant at property to use their card reader. Took a very long time out of our vacation to deal with that problem. Other minor problem with emptying bathroom trash…

Great location and view. Staff were very helpful after we had a couple of problems with checking in and shower issues. Thanks to Zaynep.

Checking in and making payment with credit card. No eftpos facilities. Done through a link to deposit and our bank thought fraud and stopped payment. Eventually rang bank and sorted it. Also had trouble with water temp in shower. Was running hot and used a jug a couple of days to wash hair. Staff did check it out.
