Comfortable clean

Great location, good size and layout. Easy to get to and park and the management company very helpful and quick to respond. Kitchen area is a good size and everything you need in there for a short break. Wi-Fi worked well. Good sized bedrooms and great to have en suite and separate bathroom. Lots of storage too.

Bit tatty in places and defects which need fixing (front door handle fell off on arrival, shower knob was already off). Minor things and mostly cosmetic like rusting bathrooms radiators and crusty shower cabinet but need attention to make the place look higher spec, No toiletries provided as described (minor point again though).

Convenient location. Spacious apartment.

No information on how to operate the heating. No bins in bathroom. Shower was Luke warm with poor flow rate, to be honest unusable. Some of the internal fire doors did not have working self closers. The bed we slept in had a hard springy mattress and was uncomfortable.

only one small sofa for a two bedroom apartment could do with another as plenty of space bathroom could do with tlc in terms of Lino replacement and extraction fan replacing as smelt damp
