Very friendly and gentle staffs with great level of hospitality. Very spacious and super clean rooms. Great value for money and best considering the location.

Perhaps lift availablity would have been better esp when rooms are offered in 2nd and 3rd floor. Apart from this nothing to point out as flaw.

Stayed for 2 days during Christmas 2022 and it was a lovely experience. As a solo female traveller I found this Hotel quite safe and secured. Staff was very helpful and access to major attraction of the city was at walkable distance.
