Umani Hotel - Free Beach - Free Parking

Am petrecut 6 zile de vis la UMANI HOTEL! Ne-am cazat la ora de check in stabilita, initial, intr-o camera dubla economy. Mai exact camera 111. Insa am avut o problema, la baie, apa din dus nu se scurgea cum trebuie si aceasta dadea "pe afara", inundand baia. Doamna de la receptie a fost foarte prompta la nevoile noastre si ne-a facut un upgrade pentru un apartament de la etajul 2 care a fost la superlativ. Curatenia nu a lipsit in nicio zi, iar doamnele schimbau prosoapele la fiecare curatenie, aspirau si faceau refill cafelei. In camera am avut un espressor NESPRESSO cu cafea, zahar si accesorii pentru o cafea de nota 10. Micul dejun destul de variat si gustos. Pentru omlete de toate felurile se comanda la ospatar, cat si cafeaua, te indruma sa te asezi la masa si vin ei sa-ti ia comanda. Piscina desi nu este cea mai spatioasa este incalzita non-stop cu o temperatura mai mult decat optima. Ne-am petrecut jumatate din zile acolo, preturile sunt destul de ok pentru o bere, vin si/sau o limonada. Am servit atat pranzul (care au si meniuri pt copii) cat si cina. Se vede ca pun pasiune in tot ceea ce priveste servirea, gustul mancarii, care au fost si ele la superlativ (au un chef foarte priceput). Toti ospatarii au fost super draguti cu noi, mereu cu zambetul pe buze, dar cu un mare DA in dreptul lui Ivan!

Infrastructura si gunoaiele de pe strada in drumul catre plaja. Dupa ce iesi din hotel parca esti intr-o alta lume, cu dale iesite din asfalt, gropi, gunoaie, iar drumul prin padurice destul de greoi. Cum UMANI este un hotel de rang inalt, plaja a lasat de dorit, multe mucuri de tigara, pet-uri, iar sezlongurile erau asezate fix cum le-au lasat turistii cu o zi inainte. Au un mic bar pe plaja cu bauturi si mancare (dar pare un business de familie si folosesc doar numele lor).

Unfortunately, the surrounding area does not match the hotel’s standard. The nearby streets are poorly maintained, with potholes, rundown buildings, and visible garbage, which takes away from the holiday atmosphere. It feels like such a shame for a hotel of this quality to be located in an environment that lacks proper care. Access to the beach is also via these streets.

Вероятно човек от хотела трябва да следи дали плажуващите в зоната определена за хотела , са гости на последния. От там надявам се, ще се подобри и чистотата на плажа.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, with a great variety to choose from. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, we were always impressed. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. With excellent staff, top-notch cleanliness, and fantastic food, we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The breakfast was excellent, the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The design of the building is lovely. The Overall service was great.

The area between the hotel and the beach is not very nice since the side walk is limited but this is not something that the hotel is responsible for.

The location, very interesting food. Very comfortable beds, excellent staff.
