A infraestrutura do hotel é excelente. Cama confortável, chuveiro quente, ar condicionado funcionando bem. Adoramos nossa estaria por lá.

Falta pessoas trabalhando em alta temporada/feriado. Fila para fazer checkin, falta de camareira para arrumar os quartos, falta de pessoas organizando o café da manhã. É visível que os funcionários estavam correndo para dar conta de tudo mas o volume era maior do que o capacity.

Hotel was amazing the staff were so accomodating and friendly all the facilities were clean many restaurants to choose from, pools were nice, rooms were spacious clean and comfy, best hotel breakfast with many choices, great location right next door to a shopping mall and surrounding attractions. Loved this Hotel would definitely stay here again.

"O local é muito bom, mas a equipe de recepção deixou a desejar."

O espaço é muito bonito e confortavel. Pena que a cidade é fria e as picinas não se tornam uma opção muito convidativa.

A chegada foi muito ruim. Só tinham 2 atendentes que demoravam muito, ficamos quase uma hora para fazer o checkin. Isso que só tinham 3 hospedes na nossa fente.
