booked 2 single rooms got 1 double -change at last minute aftyer cancel option breakfast they tried to force us to share a table. when we moved some customer shouted at us in German. staff did not intervene receptionist and manager surly and unhelpful. did not speak English and German was p[oor

The location of the hotel

The staff was awful. an elderly lady is called Anna, she doesn't speak any other language, only czech, moreover unprofessional and aggressive.
