朝食スタッフさん、送迎バスの運転手さん、 とても良かったです。朝食スタッフさんは、とても親切で明るく、親しみが感じられました。 ありがとうございました。

電話対応が良くない女性スタッフがいました。 とにかく、キツく、失礼。　余りに失礼なので、こちらも強めに返答させて頂きました。電話対応は、予約時の時なので数ヶ月前になります。 お顔を拝見した時、あの時のスタッフは…この女性かなと感じました。笑顔がなかったからです。 出かける際も、笑顔はありません。他のスタッフさんは良かったので、とても残念です。
