What a fabulous apartment. Contact with Ruth was outstanding. Welcome treats, wine, tea coffee biscuits breakfast cereal. A perfect location and immaculately clean. Accommodation was first class and highly recommended

From entering through the door you could see how spotless it was, we were left a welcome gift from our host of Scones (from Bettys Tearooms) complete with Butter and Jam and a welcome card, with some instructions. The accommodation had everything you needed, from cutlery to full cooking equipment, even tea/coffee/sugar/milk and cereal. Free wifi was a bonus.

There was nothing we didn't like.

"Comfy flat in summerbridge"

Nice little flat with everything you could need. Included basic essentials like tea coffee sugar cleaning materials bedding towels and toiletries 😊 Very close to a pretty path by the river. Good to walk dog 🐕 Near to lots of places of interest Brimham rocks Fountains abbey Nidd gorge etc Very good communication with host Ruth 😊

Disappointed with outside space. Was not clear on website but gives impression of garden space but there’s nothing but a small tarmac space next to building with picnic table bbq and a few planters.

"A little Nidderdale gem."

Compact, well resourced and decorated flat in historical textile building. Lovely location in Summerfield, steeped in history and in a beautiful setting. Interesting location even daily visits by circling swifts. Really enjoyed visit to Nidderdale but also close to other brilliant locations like Harrogate and Knaresborough.

Parking a little hit and miss but spaces further down quite a friendly street.
