Casa Davide With Pool - Happy Rentals

The Casa Davide nestled in the hills of Pietrasanta is an absolutely magical place! The views from any angel of the property are absolutely amazing. You get it all, sea view, mountain view and at night a wonderful view of the starlit sky. On the terrace you can enjoy nice meals in the shade but still with the panoramic view. If you move out to the open garden, you have a more unrestricted view of everything as well as the pool to cool off a little. The house itself has everything you need with two separate bedrooms, including their own bathroom each. We would come back here any time. The team from Happy Rentals was more than accomodating and very helpful as well, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Dealing with and getting rid of the trash could be easier. You are responsible for not leaving any trash at the property. We were told that the different trash types get picked up every on certain days of the week. Unfortunately the day the non-recycables were supposed to be picked up at the end of the street, our trash was still sitting there in the evening. We had to take drive it into town ourself to the local trash collection site. Unfortunately on the day you check out, you also have to take all the trash with you. If you are on vacation with the family and have a full car alread that makes it difficult. It would be nice if there would be a more convenient option.

Lage, Zufahrt, Aussicht, alles wunderbar. Die Zufahrt ist abenteuerlich schön und die Lage genial. Pool wurde während dem Aufenthalt einmal gereinigt. Klimaanlagen funktionierten wunderbar. Überall süsse kleine Eidechsen:)

Die wichtigsten Dinge waren sehr sauber und ordentlich.. Der gewisse Feinschliff fehlte uns jedoch. Man hätte etwa die Hundescheisse auf der Terasse entfernen können, die losen Bretter beim Pool erneuern, die Spinnenzucht in der Aussendusche entfernen, Unkraut zupfen usw. Eines der Betten müsste ersetzt werden. Ein grösserer Boiler wäre auch nicht dumm. Man könnte hier mit etwas mehr Einsatz eine Traumferienwohnung errichten.
