Location was the best thing.

The property is tastefully designed and immaculate. It has a real comfortable feel about it. The hosts were extremely attentive and kind. I went on a works trip and it was the perfect location for a base. My room overlooked the sea and it was exceptionally clean. There’s an eerie peaceful feel about it. I was so happy I booked my next stay at checkout

The fresh paint work, an modern style. Breakfast was very good staff help re taxi friendly. Private parking.walking into. Paignton Town 10mins. onl the seafront. The prices for the rooms good value. An it has Lift. to access the room s.

Managed Shower was small next time we would ask for larger room. With larger shower.

Cheerful, pleasant, friendly and welcoming hotel. The manager, James, was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is well maintained and clean. Location is excellent, right on the sea front and close to all the main attractions. The room rate was good value and this was a nice alternative to larger chain hotels. I would stay again and can recommend this hotel.

Parking is limited. I was able to park for free just at the top of the road in an unrestricted spot.
