Lovely place to stay, a little out of the way as a good walk to the main square but a walkable distance. Very clean, and well equipped.

Lukuunottamatta lauantain ja sunnuntain välisen yön monta tuntia kestänyttä huutamista huoneessa 12, oli majoitus varsin miellyttävä. Huutamiseen olisi joku henkilökunnasta voinut puuttua.

Fantastic studio apartment. Immaculate and well stock with kitchen ware. Easy walk from main bus/train station. Easy walk to Old Town and access to trams/buses. Staff was very helpful. We only had one night here at the end of our trip but will think of this first if we return to Krakow.

We booked a 3 room apartment. It was huge, well presented and clean. Great location as well, an easy walk down to the old town and tram.stops right near by if you want to go further The reception staff were really helpful, sorted out trip booking for us and generally were as helpful as you could possibly be. Top marks all round.

Lägenheten var helt ny och jättefin och rymlig. Fantastisskt skön säng och bra med allt porslin och alla husgeråd och andra hjälpmedel t o m diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. Personalen i receptionen Joanna och de andra var mycket vänliga och service minded. Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse.

The Aparthotel was a perfect place to stay as I visited Kracow. Having a full kitchen and sitting room made my week very comfortable and low stress. It was only a 10 minute walk from old town and the mall. The best part. was the staff who were always kind, accommodating, and endlessly helpful. They gave me directions, printed tickets and gave me great advice on how to tour the city. Anyone who is going to Kracow should book here without question.
