Kibo Palace Hotel Moshi

Small hotel, water has a distinctive smell. Clean rooms overall, staff was super nice and helpful. The rooftop bar has a gorgeous view and decent food.

The rooms were suites and spacious

The check in was an issue and we had to carry our own luggage to teh rooms, with no porters or assistance. The rooms light most did not work The pool was under repairs the breakfast was not upto standards

The rooms were quite spacious and well furnished They have kept the standards The hotel had a good restaurant and Seesha was a bonus in our stay

The hotel was quite costly for Moshi standards The recpetion area was dull and not welcoming

Food and staff were excellent

Great place! Always my go to when I come to Moshi. Staff is wonderful, food is great. Rooms are marvelous. Rooftop bar offers great views both day and night. Top notch place.

Comfortable place with a modern twist Airport shuttle service was on time and friendly

The room service added charge is ridiculous, almost as much as a meal. Shower head is horrible as it’s high with a circle sprout so you miss all the water on your head

There is no parking! That was a big disappointment. I wonder why they didn't think about parking space when they were building the hotel. There is only parking for about 5 cars! I almost went somewhere else, but my sister insisted on staying and told them they have to make sure there is always a parking space for us. Second day we came back from a function and there was no parking space, but the Director's car was parked on one of the spaces, I asked them to go and ask him to park somewhere else as he was just there for a short while, they were scared. Rooms were good, but I don't think I will come back.
