House is so new and spotless. Had eveything we needed. Perfect for families to relax after a busy day.

Exceptional Host...Meshelle very kind and helpful. Clean , spacious, well equipped accommodation with off road parking. Made the stay very relaxing.

We were in a one bedroom apartment with a separate living romm/kitchen/dining room. It seemed to have been made up of two separate rooms with a hall, which would have been part of the buildings hallway originally. There was a king bed and single bed in the bedroom and two full bathrooms. There was plenty of wardrobe space and lots of drawers. Being able to use the washing machine and dryer was great. There was an extra kitchen that guests could use but we found everything we needed in our kitchen. There was plenty of parking near the door. The lift was useful for taking luggage up.

Just a couple of small things. There was no plug in the kitchen, but there was a dishwasher. I could have asked for a plug. It is rural, surrounded by farms, which was lovely. It is a drive from Hillsborough, a lovely little town/village but a much longer drive from Belfast. We did know that but in hindsight, somewhere closer would have been better. It was a matter of weighing up the cost, location and facilities!

Spacious apartment

No hob in the kitchenette i prefer to have inside my apartment but have communal kitchen

The apartment is lovely, light and airy and very big. Location is excellent, it is relatively quiet with easy access into Royal Hillsborough

Cleanliness was OK, but there was dust in some areas and not all the crockery and cutlery were clean. There werent three breakfast bowls of the same size. The knives and forks were different. It would have been useful to have other items such as cork screw etc. I booked for 3 adults assuming that there would be a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed/bed settee in the living room, but the single bed was in the same room as the double. I did ask this as a question, but received no reply. In fact first we knew that the beds were all in the same room was about 1.5 hours before we checked in. WIth a little attention to detail, this apartment could be superb, but it fell down on some fairly basic things.
