"Nice Hotel for a stay in MTY"

Nice Rooms, pool area very decent for the urban location with a great view. Breakfast had a good quality, even though it started to repeat after a few days. Beds very comfortable, space and storage in room good but not perfect.

The service of the cleaning could be improved. The shower dripped a lot of water to the whole bathroom when showering, clearly a design failure which should be updated quickly! Sometimes elevators took forever during peak hours. A better programming could help.

"Amabilidad del personal y excelente ubicacion"

El desayuno muy bueno, pero el servicio malo te sirven un cafe y no te llevan crema, ni cucharita para menearle, ni azucar, no recogen los platos sucios. Caminan mucho pero nada eficaces.
