Cozy Camborne Studio Retreat with two single beds

My whole stay was perfect. The hosts Rose and Richard are two of the nicest people I’ve met. They couldn’t have been more welcoming. The property was perfect, it had everything we needed along with a welcome basket of goodies. It was sparkling clean. The grounds are very peaceful and we had a brilliants night sleep. The beach is a short drive away where we surfed. The views are spectacular! Especially from the pool. We had a lovely time, I’m so glad I met Rose and Richard and will definitely be back again. Ten out of ten for everything.

Facilities,spacious the host even lend me their bicycle for a cycle around i loved my stay

The host provided a warm welcome and some supplies in the kitchen.

I found out 2 days before arriving there were 'steps' in the property. On arriving the steps were not the ones to the property but referring to a ladder down through a trapdoor to the loo and shower. safe only with shoes on bare feet and not while half asleep. ( NB I am a fit and active person wo climbs ladders as part of my job so am not a fral old lady, but this would cause issues for alot of people - picture of the steps should be shown in the images and not mentioned juts a few of days before ) I maybe had not noticed this when booking but by having no sink in the kitchen area, drinking bottles water is fine but the dirty dishes had to be taken up the garden to be washed.. but also to being a kettle with hot water -so two trips -which would not sound too bad in such a lovely garden if the weather had not been torrential rain most of the week. No hot water from basin in loo to wash face on a night and it was not safe to carry a kettle of water down the steps/ladders. The heavy rain had left the place smelling very fusty so I was not able to put my cloths in the drawers. Anyone with asthma might be aggravated with this

Cosy, quirky, stunning scenery, pool, every essential item you could think of to make your stay perfect. Would go back tomorrow.

A really lovely little room with everything you need on hand. Careful of the ladder stairs if you're infirm though!

Location and price attracted me.

I didnt stay as the ladder to the toilet was steep and unsafe , also there was no off-street parking as stated. The owner also mentioned the cooker was not working and all washing up had to be done in an outside toilet - not suitable for a mobile but older guest.

Annexe d'une maison où vivent les deux propriétaires. La petite maison est agréable ainsi que l'accès au jardin des propriétaires.

Absence d'évier. Escalier vers la salle de bain située en sous-sol difficile.

It is so peaceful! What i loved is that you are so close to the 3 miles of golden sands if you follow the backroad which helps you avoid the mainstream traffic. The property doesn't state it but there is a second toilet in an outhouse and your own private seating area to have dinner in the sun is wonderful.
