Terrible! Bad service, water in the bathroom floor, main door doesn’t work… bad staff support and a lot of clothes in the aisle

Terrible experience for the high rate they charged me. The room did not have any towels and when I requested I was only given 3. It was total 5 people staying so we had to share. Had a hard time getting hot water to work. The tv did not work. Room is old and outdated. The shower was dripping the entire stay which was annoying.

I feel safe in that place and then the very good people. And then it’s very convenient to the central, and very quiet and very economic. And clean.

First of all, the from desk staff not really friendly, i been trying to check in for over 40 minutes and not any good help from them, once ii got my room, very small, and the shower was broken, water was dripping al night long and they couldnt fix it even i told them. A little disapointed.

Great location, and comfortable beds. The place is clean and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Stafd could be friendler.

muy mal, llamamos para solicitar nos cambiaran las fechas ya que por motivos de salud no pudimos viajar las aerolineas nos cambiaron las fechas al presentar comprobante medico y este hotel no quizo, es una politica muy mala deja mucho que pensar de la administracion de este hotel, nunca mas reservaremos en este hotel

Lo que ofrece el hotel no coincidió con lo que compré por esta aplicación!! Me cambiaron a otro hotel nada bonito y con mucho ruido!!

Excellent accommodation

My room had mold and mildrew growth above one bed and on the side of the other bed on the wall. The bathroom was covered in it. There was no circulation of air despite there being a cieling fan. I informed staff about it and I was told that all i could do was contact the corporate office. I did so and they were not any help. They responded late with an email inforning me that my concerns had been forwarded to another department.
