Nothing!

I had to leave Thailand early for personal reasons. I asked for a refund, given my specific circumstances, which were out of my control. They would not help and didn't give me my money back, even though they could have easily re-sold my room, as it was a very busy time of year for them. Profiteering! Very disappointed with their attitude. Shameful!

Kjempebra hotell med mye plass og veldig fint sted. Synes det var bedre kvalitet enn norske hotell jeg har vært på, og veldig billig for det du får. Vakkert hotell og hyggelig betjening.

This hotel was great overall, friendly staff, pools were nice n clean. Only thing we didnt like was the food options at the property as there was only 1 poolside cafe.

Me and my son stayed for 10 days while training on fitness street , its about 10 mins walk to fitness street but that suited us warm up on the way there Great place would recommend and definitely stay again
