"Very disappointing stay"

Nothing

Rats are living with us roaming around the room. The rooms are very small but in the picture shows large. Very disappointing. Breakfast only two items are placed. Very disappointing and we had our breakfast at outside. The bed is not good, in two days stay we got back pain. The reception welcome with bad smell. No toiletries placed in bathroom. I have choose this room based on the reviews, now I believe that, those reviews are fake and created by hotel itself.
