Siamo rimasti le ultime 24 ore senza corrente e malgrado sia stato informato il personale il problema non è stato risolto e sopratutto nessuno ci ha tenuto informati sull’evolversi della situazione e nessuno è venuto in stanza a vedere se c’era una soluzione . Come minimo chiediamo di essere rimborsati del valore del soggiorno di un giorno . Cordiali saluti Eugenio Guardini
